Delivery

ALTAIR offers free delivery to the countries available at checkout, with no minimum order value. You can confirm your delivery country and the options available for your order before you pay.

Delivery times

We estimate delivery within 5 to 15 working days of your order. This usually includes 1 to 3 working days to prepare it and 4 to 12 working days in transit. Timing can vary by destination and courier. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will email you.

Destinations

We deliver to Germany, Austria and other selected destinations in and outside the European Union. The country list at checkout is definitive. If your destination is unavailable there, please email contact@altairluggage.com before ordering.

Tracking

When your order leaves us, we will email a dispatch confirmation with its tracking number. You can follow its progress on our tracking page. The first courier update can take 24 to 72 hours to appear.

Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. There is no extra delivery charge for this.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duty, import tax or handling charges may apply. Unless checkout explicitly says these charges are included, the recipient may have to pay them separately. Please check the information shown at checkout before placing your order.

Need help?

Please check your address before placing your order. We may be able to update it before dispatch. If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days, or tracking has not changed for an unusually long time, email contact@altairluggage.com with your order number. We will look into it and explain the next steps.
